2. Apartment matching/Viewing

We will suggest available apartments corresponding to your requests. Apartments with Front desk service are available for a viewing arrangement. Please feel free to ask. Please be aware that your requested room type may not be available to see due the availability.

3. Apply for an apartment

Attention:

1. In some cases, other documents may also be required.

2. Room is not hold until all the above documents are submitted.

4. Owner check

Based on the documents provided above, the building owner will decide whether you are qualified to rent the apartment or not. This process in general takes 1-2 business days.

*2 For early termination of a contract, written notice is required by 1 month prior to expiry date or 1month rent is required to pay.

5. Sign on the contract/ complete payment

Contract documents/invoice are sent to you by email or fax. >Contract /Consent documents: sign on the documents and fax or email back. (Original documents must be signed upon your arrival) >Invoice: complete payment prior to your check in by either following method Rent/Final cleaning/others: Bank transfer, cash, or credit card Deposit: Bank transfer or cash (credit card is not available)

6. Move In!

After we receive your signed documents and confirm the payment, we will inform check-in instruction. (Map, Key pick up etc..)

* Please submit “move in check sheet” (damage check) in 3days of your arrival. If not we consider no damage exists before your check in.

* For a request of stay extension, notify 2 weeks prior to the expiry date. We may arrange it if rooms are available.

7. Check out

Check out time is 12:00 pm. If you would like to check out after 12:00, please contact us in advance. Key is to be returned at Front desk or into the mail box (your room number)

8. Deposit return

If no damages to the apartment have occurred and once all outstanding bills have been cleared, the deposit will be refunded in approximately 1 month after the room is vacated. All the transfer expense is on your side, and please note that transfer fee to overseas costs 4,000yen to 6,000yen.
