Rates for using this service is generally half a months worth of rents.

Screening

Based on the documents provided above, the landlord will decide whether you are qualified to rent the apartment or not. This process in general takes from 7 to 20 business days.

* Please note that the outcome of the screening not always may be favorable.

Move In!

After contract is signed, keys, information manuals and others will be handled over to you. We will arrange with gas, water, and electricity for you. Your are now ready for a new Tokyo life. Enjoy!
