This is first time I rent a house in Japan. In the beginning, I didn't know how to rent a house. I try to surf the internet and learnt about Enplus. My consultant is a really good leasing consultant who are always trying to meet your house requirement after hearing from your advice on the house demands. Enplus inc.is a good choice to relocate in Tokyo, they have the best team for my furniture rental service and suggestions, and could communicate easily using English. I started contacting Enplus since March in order to start my apartment hunt in Japan.
From day one, Enplus as been very patient and helpful. I on the other side was balancing school, final exams, training lessons and visas issues. Trying to navigate through all of that, I became quickly overwhelmed. Nonetheless, the people at Enplus were very patient with me throughout the whole process and tried their best to help me in any way possible.
Our agent has been a great help through the whole application process. We wanted a 3 person shared-apartment which was hard to find. Instead of dropping our case, which at times I think that our agent should have, he accommodated us. He was set in finding us a apartment that fulfills all of the needs that we outlined to him when we the people going to be living in the apartment halfway have slightly given up. It is EASY to find a place to live in the heart of TOKYO for a relocating family of 5 like me from our home country with all our needs when money is not a matter for you, but for many people IT IS NOT THE CASE including me

It was a pleasure to work with the Enplus staff. They listened to my preferences and provided me with several options to consider. The apartment i selected in asakusa is good. But as im not given time to select the apartment hence I'm not able to choose a furnished apartment.
