I was very happy with the service I received from Enplus, they made my relocation to Japan incredibly easy and straight-forward. I felt that they gave me the best and most useful information possible that was suited to my needs. I would have liked to receive more options around my work place.
But once the apartment was chosen, the support was perfect: customized directions from the airport to my apartment, settling in the apartment and in the neighborhood, register to the ward office, open a bank account, etc.
Temporary apartment:

People from Enplus were great, they really take care of you from the very start, and help you find the best places around Tokyo. They have staff who can speak both English and Japanese so it makes it very convenient for people who come from overseas.
