Staff are prompt with email communication and that is important when you are seeking accommodation from overseas. Excellent experience.
All the requirements related to housing were taken into account. Housing agent ensured that specific housing needs were fulfilled while selecting the properties. Enplus has property listing which is very attractive and caters to all. They also have English speaking staff that can help you select the properties with ease.

I've been moving to Japan for a new contract and read many unsettling things about renting an apartment. To make long story short everyone have been trying to convince me that it's not easy, if possible at all, and requires a bag of money to actually rent a house, not to mention fluent Japanese requirements. But with Enplus, they couldn't be more wrong. I've been contacted with professional team of agents who could understand my needs, provide all explanation I needed, speak fluent English and helped me also with additional things I wouldn't be able to do because of the language barrier (i.e. apartment insurance).
