It took a little while to get used to where to find information about a property on the website, but once we had located it the booking process was straightforward. The process of renting, moving in and moving out is very smooth. I was very impressed with the service from Enplus. The web site had an appealing selection of apartments at competitive prices. From my first message to inquire about an apartment, service was prompt and everything went smoothly. Enplus provided reliable, kind and customized service to our family, and overall we were very satisfied. At the end of the process it seemed like the Tokyo real estate market was so tight(not many properties) and it was a high season so the leasing consultant got too busy, so that made the process a bit slow.
