Enplus has been immensely helpful in my move in
Japan. They were there every step of the way from housing me in a
serviced apartment when I landed to helping me navigate the
complicated apartment rental process. I likely would have been
totally lose without their help. Things got complicated for me pretty
quickly, as I initially arrived without a work visa. This made
finding apartments that would even accept me as an applicant pretty
difficult, let alone an apartment in which I was actually interested.
But fortunately Enplus was able to do just that. They spent time with
me to ensure that I found a place I was happy with, that I could
afford, and most importantly that would even accept my application.
Throughout the process I continued to run into issues; I had visa
delays, issues sending payments, issues sending correct payment
amounts due to currency exchanges, and Enplus continued to stay with
me to ensure that I was able to complete each step and successfully
move into my apartment. Now that I moved in Enplus has continued to
help me, ensuring that any issue I have with my apartment gets
addressed in a reasonable amount of time. It's especially difficult
for me with the language barrier, but they have made themselves more

Thanks to the leasing consultant, we were able to stay in our favourite building in Tokyo, just moving to a different apartment. He arranged a difficult negotiation within our challenging moving deadline. He also helped us with installing our new utilities accounts, which was difficult because of language and complex application forms. updated - 2017/09 -

Wish the cleaning person cleaned the food scraps in the sink. If you cook, the sink starts getting smelly. Front desk hours were never open when I was available. updated - 2017/08 -

The staff went above and beyond to help me move in to my apartment given my crazy schedule which forced to be away half of the time, he was able to get all of the paperwork done for me and likewise abide to my schedule updated - 2017/08 -
