My experience with Enplus has been great.

First, the English level of my agent was excellent. Thanks to that, I was able to understand the Japanese renting system in detail. As a foreigner, that wasn't an easy task! You have to deal with the guarantor system, key money, renewal fees, etc.

During our first interview, I explained my circumstances and criteria. My agent then introduced me to several properties. Before visiting, he made sure that the owners accepted renting to foreigners.

As I was in a hurry to move in, he made the paperwork very quickly, and negotiated with the owner for me to move into the apartment at the earliest date.

My agent set up the utilities for me (water, gas and electricity) so that everything was ready when I moved in.

The leasing consultant of your company is very kind and responsible. The property Selection meet my expectation and the leasing consultant help me to select a few option high efficiency. When I relocated to the new house, the leasing consultant help me to check the damage carefully, and explained the using and charging of the gas, electricity, internet and so on in detail. All the process went very well, including house hunting, opening bank account etc. Everyone was very reactive when I had some concerns or questions. I really appreciated the kindness of the people I was in contact with. Regarding the house hunting more specifically, I visited many apartments and every time, agent drove me by car and provided me with all the information I need at that time.

This is first time I rent a house in Japan. In the beginning, I didn't know how to rent a house. I try to surf the internet and learnt about Enplus.
