My only issue was with the deposit system. They insist on a cash deposit which involves banks and transfer fees. Another agency I used in the past did not require a cash deposit provided you were paying by credit card and agreed to allow breakages etc taken from this. It was a pleasure to work with the Enplus staff. They listened to my preferences and provided me with several options to consider. We had amazing customer service from our agent before, during and after our stay. Probably some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. She made the whole process (which can seem rather daunting at first) so straight forward and easy, she was always so prompt in replying to all emails and answering any questions (perfect english too). Payments were very simple from making the deposit to having it returned and having the monthly rent always taken on time.
