We have found that the services we have used have been more than excellent. Everyone with whom we have come in contact has gone out of their way to help with out needs, or simply answer our questions. On our last stay we decided to ask about the "reheat" function in the soaking tub, something that had puzzled us for many stays, and the woman at the desk went enormously out of her way to provide us with clear instructions, complete with photos!! updated - 2015/02 -

The agent was very responsive to my needs and desires. I had an initial desire to locate in one area, but the selection of units and proximity to shopping was not good. When I asked the agent to search for units in an alternate location, he was very responsive with a good selection of units in the alternate location. The service apartment I stayed is well maintained and clean.
The location is strategic and easy access to Tokyo Station.
There is a lot of convenience stores and restaurants nearby it.
By the way, this apartment is considered at the heart of the most happening business centre of Tokyo.

The apartment i selected in asakusa is good. But as im not given time to select the apartment hence I'm not able to choose a furnished apartment.
