I started contacting Enplus since March in order to start my apartment hunt in Japan.
From day one, Enplus as been very patient and helpful. I on the other side was balancing school, final exams, training lessons and visas issues. Trying to navigate through all of that, I became quickly overwhelmed. Nonetheless, the people at Enplus were very patient with me throughout the whole process and tried their best to help me in any way possible.
Our agent has been a great help through the whole application process. We wanted a 3 person shared-apartment which was hard to find. Instead of dropping our case, which at times I think that our agent should have, he accommodated us. He was set in finding us a apartment that fulfills all of the needs that we outlined to him when we the people going to be living in the apartment halfway have slightly given up. All I can say is that I am satisfied and will definitely used Enplus again in the future. updated - 2015/10 -

I was particularly impressed by the personal attention My agnet showed throughout the process from initial search to the new apartment signing and settling in.
Also, the website for apartment search is easy to use, however a greater selection and more pictures of the apartments would improve the experience. updated - 2015/09 -

The apartment arrangement is fine, with a good sizing for all spaces and is fully furnished with all electric appliances you could need for the daily life. Furniture quality and conservation state is good. updated - 2015/09 -

It is EASY to find a place to live in the heart of TOKYO for a relocating family of 5 like me from our home country with all our needs when money is not a matter for you, but for many people IT IS NOT THE CASE including me

Would like to commend our agent for her assistance throughout the inquiry, booking and reservation confirmation process. No one step took very long and she efficiently went through each step via email with no difficulties on our part.
