We have found that the services we have used have been more than excellent. Everyone with whom we have come in contact has gone out of their way to help with out needs, or simply answer our questions. On our last stay we decided to ask about the "reheat" function in the soaking tub, something that had puzzled us for many stays, and the woman at the desk went enormously out of her way to provide us with clear instructions, complete with photos!! updated - 2015/02 -

The agent was very responsive to my needs and desires. I had an initial desire to locate in one area, but the selection of units and proximity to shopping was not good. When I asked the agent to search for units in an alternate location, he was very responsive with a good selection of units in the alternate location. Cleaning services are perfect, waste collections are on very much regular basis. Mostly excellent services were planned by providing quality equipment inside the apartment (washing machine, drier, rice cooker, gas stove etc). updated - 2014/12 -

The contactor is a little bit slow for confirmation. But very helpful and answer every questions.

The process and communication was very easy with Enplus.

The service apartment I stayed is well maintained and clean.
The location is strategic and easy access to Tokyo Station.
There is a lot of convenience stores and restaurants nearby it.
By the way, this apartment is considered at the heart of the most happening business centre of Tokyo.

Hope that the front desk office service can be extended until after office hours which will be more convenient for those stay there regardless they are workers or travellers. updated - 2014/12 -

The apartment i selected in asakusa is good. But as im not given time to select the apartment hence I'm not able to choose a furnished apartment.
