It took a little while to get used to where to find information about a property on the website, but once we had located it the booking process was straightforward. The property we wanted (where we had stayed before) was initially not available but the consultant informed us when it suddenly become available and everything went smoothly from that point onwards. updated - 2017/05 -

The process of renting, moving in and moving out is very smooth. I was very impressed with the service from Enplus. The web site had an appealing selection of apartments at competitive prices. From my first message to inquire about an apartment, service was prompt and everything went smoothly. For the day to move into the new apartment, the Leasing Consultant even set up all the utilities contracts. I would highly recommend Enplus.

Enplus provided reliable, kind and customized service to our family, and overall we were very satisfied. At the end of the process it seemed like the Tokyo real estate market was so tight(not many properties) and it was a high season so the leasing consultant got too busy, so that made the process a bit slow.
