I have always been very happy with the services here, I have used this company many times and always found that competent help was readily available. Compared to having to rent on the normal market, one really gets a lot for the money, so to say, in terms of saving time spent on equipping your home, setting up with gas, electricity and the like. I definitely intend to use this service again, I have liked the Ichigo apartment and also the Kyobashi apartment, which I have stayed in several times before. updated - 2014/11 -

As we are booking from overseas, we have always found the communication and support very reliable when using Tokyo Apartment Service.
Everyone in the office speaks great English so being readily understood is no issue.

Despite the fact the availability of the apartment was not daily updated, I manage to get an apartment from the list the consultant gave me.
Contract procedure was done quickly and the consultant send me an email when a step was reached.

The housekeeping service was outstanding. They cleaned once per week and did an excellent job each time. (I was there for almost 5 months.)

While not a serious problem, I'd have appreciated knowing that I would not get my deposit refunded until 43 days after I moved out. updated - 2014/10 -

In principle, I was quite satisfied with the services provided by Enplus in assisting me to search for my apartment. As I was interested in furnished apartment, the selection of apartment was very limited which is typical in Japan as informed by Enplus. However, I did manage to secure a furnished apartment by sheer luck. Although there were some problems with lighting in apartment, Enplus was quick to resolve the problems. The apartment location is very convenient to Ginza and Nihombashi
area. It can be reached within 5 minutes walking distance from Tokyo
JR station. We stayed for 3 weeks. The room is spacious and clean.

It has been recommended by some friend because they had very good experience. I was not disappointed. The consultant quickly understood my wish and need and suggest only apartment I liked. He was responsive and helpful from the beginning until the moving in day. I have been helped for choosing but also for setup electricity, gas, ...
