The properties to select from could have been bigger. There were only a
few that was been provided and then only two were on the shortlist.
Thankfully one was a really good one so I am really happy about that.
Negotiation was not possible.
Really helpful and organized everything from A to Z. Sometimes
misunderstandings due to language and cultural differences. Also supported

Being new to Japan the service was very useful. Being able to see a selection of properties on the same day and to be driven to each one was great.
The local knowledge the consultant provided really helped us understand Tokyo.
We would like to thank our agent for all his help. He was very useful in explaining things to us. He was always polite, clear and consistent with his information.
Always willing to go the extra mile. We were stuck with a few things and we were able to call him for his help.

Excellent, I had an issue with the international fax in the room. The next day a professional showed up, on time, and personalty led me to the HQ that handed international faxes. My consultant is excellent in her job. She is always there to help and actually answers the phone! Amazing. I had everything booked prior to my arrival.Anything I needed. EnPlus employees arr full of energy and try to closer to the customer.
That makes me to relocate easier than I expected.
- Enplus gave information in detail. So I could find a relocation house easily.
- They gave a response quickly. When there was no knife in the temporary house, I sent a mail to Enplus, and they reply quickly and get to the house soon.

We could not have had a better experience with our relocation from San Francisco to Tokyo and we attribute this to the quality, outstanding communication and overall attentiveness and level of service we received from our leasing consultant, from the beginning, and still. Our leasing consultant was available and prepared for anything throughout the entire process. Before arriving in Tokyo for our scouting trip our leasing consultant had an extensive number of properties with our specifications set up. He facilitated communicating with property owners and was an AMAZING advocate on our behalf when negotiating our leasing agreement and contract.
Once we arrived our move in was seamless and every detail was accounted for. As with any move in, things come up in regards the the property itself as you are settling in. Our leasing consultant was always accessible to us and addressed any and all concerns (even ones that were probably ridiculous!) in a very timely manor.

I couldn't speak more highly of the experience we had and the amount of stress that was alleviated when picking up and moving across the world due to the support and follow through we had on the other side. Thank you! updated - 2016/03 -

Thanks to the property knowledge, professionalism and efficiency of the Enplus Consultant I had the opportunity to visit many interesting properties in different areas of Tokyo. I had an excellent experience. Our Leasing Consultant was very professional. He was helpful at every turn, handled everything so we didn't have to worry, and communicated seamlessly with myself, the owner and my employer (including accommodating some difficult requests).
