The service provided was very good. The response received was fast and accurate. The pricing of the service is reasonable and the service is quick as well. The pre-configured modem pricing is kind of pricy compared to what you can get at the store, but it was all setup when arrived.　Enplus provided very good customer service. The response is quick and Enplus was very accommodating that they are flexible enough to take me to view the properties even in weekends. We are new to Tokyo area so having a helpful real estate agency was essential to us. Enplus Inc. provided us the property listings that fits to our lifestyle and many local information that will help us live comfortably around the neighborhood areas. We had a good property hunting experience with Enplus Inc.　Our agent was able to quickly understand our needs and requirements, and able to adjust the property listings to meet what we were looking for. My entire stay was completely trouble free so I did not have to call in any repair or cleaning service. But the consultant had made the whole process very easy because she has been so responsive and helpful. The contract procedure has been very easy. I only need to send in all the required information and the contract was done.The website contains very useful information about the apartments and has helped greatly in my decision process. But it can improve by allowing us to enter our information directly into the website during the contract preparation process instead of having to enter our information on a separate paper form.
The consultant has very good communication skills and has been extremely helpful.
My consultant is very helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and professional.Whenever I have q question, I would send her a email and she would response very quickly with helpful answers. She prepared the contract with 100% accuracy with a very quick turn around time. These have given me extremely high confidence even before I arrived. She gave me very clear instructions on how to check in, so I was able to check into the apartment very quickly and easily. I also received very good help on the check out process. It is EASY to find a place to live in the heart of TOKYO for a relocating family of 5 like me from our home country with all our needs when money is not a matter for you, but for many people IT IS NOT THE CASE including me

Thank you for your service. I am very happy with the apartment. The only thing that could be improved is that the communication between the owner of the apartment and the customer is more direct. I was lately informed that my apartment that I chose in the beginning was gone. And suddenly there where 3 more apartments that haven't been on the website. I general I was offered completly different apartments than on the website. would be could if it was better synchronized updated - 2015/08 -

Excellent selection of properties throughout Tokyo on all budgets. Furnished apartments were clean and very nice. If I ever need to find a furnished apartment in Tokyo I will always use Enplus Inc.
