The people at the front desk are very friendly as most people in japan are. They were like waiting for us, we showed our invoice and passports, they immediately presented us with our room cards that they took out from a folder and it was easy as all the payment was charged onto my credit card, so no money was involved. The person that emailed me with the instructions and invoice spoke fairly good English and we were able to understand each other. updated - 2014/12 -
