Serviced apartment:
I would have liked to receive more options around my work place.
But once the apartment was chosen, the support was perfect: customized directions from the airport to my apartment, settling in the apartment and in the neighborhood, register to the ward office, open a bank account, etc.
Temporary apartment:

People from Enplus were great, they really take care of you from the very start, and help you find the best places around Tokyo. They have staff who can speak both English and Japanese so it makes it very convenient for people who come from overseas.

I am a cognizant employee came for an onsite project in Tokyo. Initially I was looking for a studio apartment for two to three weeks duration of stay. And later wanted to get into a UR apartment near to Kinshincho where my office is . We got a good apartment 3 bhk close to higashi-Ojima station. It was a beautiful location. Every morning I wake up to see the beautiful Arakawa river. It was a peaceful locality. After staying there for 4 months I shifted to apartment near Meguro.

All the three times Enplus Inc agent was very helpful. This is my first visit to Japan still did not have any problem in finding house because of your company. Thank you and keep up the good work.
