Consultant communication should be as per the international language i.e. English. Most of the devices was good yet operation of these devices was in Japanese. It should be in English also. For guest, how to use telephone and intercom service is not known. More English channel should be added in the TV subscription. updated - 2015/06 -

I was well taken care of with Enplus. It was my first visit to Tokyo and they took me around, listened to my concerns, and made every effort to help accommodate me. Impressed with speed and helpfulness of staff. Apartment pack with instructions was extremely useful on arrival. Directions to property and for collection of keys were excellent.

The entire process was painless.

Though there is a lot of paperwork to read through, and some of it in Japanese, the consultant was easy too contact and always willing to help. I tend to ask a lot of questions when deciding on a rental. Even though there were many emails and some of the questions were silly, ever one was answered without issue. There was prompt and clear communication each and every time. The agent who helped us was very kind. When she learned we were relocating to Tokyo, she put us in touch with other colleagues in her company. With their help we were able to find our new home in Tokyo and have a smooth transition. The smooth move all started with high quality assistance with the furnished temporary flat. Because we rented our long term flat using their company, they made it extremely easy for us to extend our temporary situation until our move-in date. Fantastic service! The staff are very supportive and help me to settle down in Tokyo. I am very appreciating their quick response by email, as in Japan the main communication method is by phone which is very expensive.
